{ size I } wrist : circumference 

take a piece of paper, wrap it around your wrist snug, but not to tight, mark the paper where it overlaps, forming an oval, then measure the length in mm from the mark to the edge of the strip

(or use a measuring tape instead of the paper strip).

{ size II } hand : circumference   

take a piece of paper, close your fingers together, bringing your thumb and little finger together (as though you would be putting on a bangle). wrap the strip around your hand snug, mark the paper where it overlaps, then measure the length in mm from the mark to the edge of the strip (or use a measuring tape instead of the paper strip).

measure the width of both the front + side of your wrist in mm with a ruler to determine the ratio.
